Here is Sheryl Wudunn’s TED talk about oppression of women around the world. Women are over half of the world’s population. Wudunn says that by not allowing them (us)  to take part in greater society and actively be “part of the solution,” we are wasting our most precious resource.

Wudunn wrote Half the Sky (a must read). The last two minutes of this talk will make you want to send it to everyone you know.

If you haven’t already seen Free the Slaves founder Kevin Bales’ TED talk, watch it here.

Have a good weekend!

Can you help end the conditions that cause modern slavery?
